The faces behind Yoder Outdoor Living
Hi, we're Kendall and Tirza Yoder. We run sales and marketing, and our family builds everything we sell.
Our story
Newlyweds with a vision.
We got married on August 22, 2026, and started Yoder Outdoor Living with a simple vision: to serve our beautiful state with wonderful, well-built products from Mennonite country in Montezuma, Georgia.
We both love customer service and sales, and we're blessed with family manufacturers who were willing to partner with us. They build the product. We help you find the right one, answer your questions and make sure it's delivered and set up the way it should be.
When you call or text, you're talking to us.
We can't wait to hear from you!Kendall & Tirza Yoder
What we do
Built by hand. Set on your land.
We help families across Georgia add useful, good-looking space to their property: a playset the kids will use for years, a shed or lofted barn that keeps the garage clear, or a finished tiny home for guests, a rental or an office.
Every building we sell is handcrafted by experienced builders in Montezuma, with painted LP SmartSide siding, metal roofs over Solar Board and solid framing. Playsets are built from heavy timbers and backed by a 2-year craftsmanship warranty.
You can design a shed in 3D on our site and see the cash price as you go, then we take it from there: written quote, delivery and setup, with rent-to-own and financing available.
